Relationship - John Gottman's Four Deadly Horsemen
Psychologist John Gottman did a whole lot of research with couples, and found many things that helped and harmed our close relationships. He found that four things in particular, which he called the "Deadly Horsemen" were almost always sure to ruin a relationship. These are contempt, criticism, defensiveness and stonewalling. If you are in a relationship and you want it to last, make sure that you're not doing any of these things!
