The Holmes-Rahe Life Stress Inventory ...helps to tally up all of the major stressors in your life over the past 24 months. This helps you to see the stress coming so that it does not take you off guard! A score of 300+ means that you are at risk of stress-induced illness. A score of 150-299+ means that your risk of stress-induced illness is moderate (reduced by 30% from the above risk). A score 150 or less means that you only have a slight risk stress-induced of illness.
